Delivery Policy

All orders placed with Love Your Natural are subject to the following processing and delivery terms.

 

Processing time

Orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days after payment has been successfully received. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, promotional campaigns, or public holidays.

Delivery time

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 3 - 5 business days, depending on the delivery location. Love Your Natural delivers nationwide across South Africa through trusted courier partners.

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery confirmation

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a delivery confirmation email containing tracking details and courier information to enable them to track their order.

Delivery address and responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details, including address and contact information, are accurate at the time of checkout. Love Your Natural shall not be held liable for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery transfers to the courier service provider.

Delivery fees

Delivery fees are charged at a fixed rate based on the delivery option selected at checkout:

• R60  for standard delivery to the customer’s nearest PUDO locker

• R100 for standard delivery directly to the customer’s door

 

Love Your Natural reserves the right to amend delivery fees or offer free delivery promotions from time to time. Any such promotions will be communicated via the website or official social media platforms and will be subject to specific terms and conditions.
