Reli Holdings (Pty) Ltd, trading as Love Your Natural (Reg. No. K2019506816), on behalf of its affiliates and partners (“the Owner”).

1. Orders & payment:

a. Orders are subject to product availability and payment confirmation.

b. Prices are in ZAR, inclusive of VAT where applicable.

c. Payment must be received before processing.

d. Orders may be cancelled if fraud or misuse is suspected.

 

2. Shipping & delivery:

a. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

b. Standard delivery within South Africa is 2–5 business days post-dispatch.

c. Customers must provide accurate delivery information.

d. Tracking information is provided once shipped.

 

3. Returns & refunds:

a. Returns accepted within 10 days if products are unopened, unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original tax invoice.

b. Non-returnable items: gift vouchers and personalised or customised products (unless defective).

c. Customers bear return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

d. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

 

4. Product use & liability:

a. Products contain natural ingredients; results may vary.

b. Patch tests are recommended.

c. For external use only; Love Your Natural is not liable for allergic reactions or misuse.

 

5. Intellectual property:

a. All website content, images, logos, and product names are the property of Love Your Natural.

b. No content may be copied or distributed without written permission.

 

6. Governing law:

a. These Terms are governed by South African law. Disputes fall under the South African courts’ jurisdiction.
