Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not fully satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

 

1. Eligibility:

a. The return request is made within 10 days of receiving your order.

b. The product is unopened, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

c. You must provide the original tax invoice.

d. The product is not listed in the exclusion list below.

 

2. Products not eligible for return:

a. Physical gift vouchers.

b. Products personalised for you or made to your specifications, unless defective.

 

3. Return Process:

a. To initiate a return, contact us at info@loveyournatural.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

b. If approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

c. Customers are responsible for return courier costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

d. Once the item is received and inspected, a replacement or refund will be processed.
